This weekend we went to St. Louis to visit my brother and sister in law. It was a lot of fun, it was relaxing but we still saw a lot and did a lot...it's nice to just hang out. We went to Union Station breifly, mainly to find my brother a hat...but before we went in they had a huge display of "toy" boats of all kinds that they race. I took a picture of a cool one that was in the water but hadn't moved yet. There was one that used to be battery powered, but the owner turned it into solor powered and it was pretty fast. So that was cool, not something you see every day. There was also a balloon festival going on so there were tons of hot air balloons in the air it seemed. Jolene and I went shopping while Ryan and Blair watched the OU game which was TERRIBLE but didn't find out until much later while eating dinner that we saw the score...they left early so for all we thought they had won. Boo. But we had fun anyway....R & J are good hosts and it's always nice to get away. (The little person at the top of the stairs is Blair--by one leg of the arch.)
